Practice Areas:

Litigation and trial of transportation related claims and lawsuits, including personal injury, severe burn, brain injury and wrongful death matters, arising out of tractor-trailer accidents, bus accidents, railroad crossing accidents, cargo claims, and overweight litigation. Counsel for several self-insured interstate motor carriers including the defense of wrongful death cases in Oklahoma, Iowa and Indiana. Other areas of practice include litigation of automobile and motorcycle personal injury claims, as well as products liability and premises liability claims, and uninsured motorists claims.
