Dist. 2003) Represented insurer on coverage issue regarding limits of uninsured motorist coverage where insured failed to timely make a claim under the policy. Argued Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund was entitled to set-off the full amount of plaintiff’s uninsured motorist limits even though, due to a delay in bringing UM claim, plaintiff failed to recover any of those limits
